The 18th annual Hamilton Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Scramble is scheduled for Friday, June, 23rd at the McLeansboro Golf Course. 

Through the years funds raised by the HMH Foundation Golf Scramble have been used to assist in modernizing Hamilton Memorial Hospital, purchase vital medical equipment, and provide educational opportunities for students to further their education in the healthcare field. 

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and play is limited to the first 18 teams registered. Registration deadline is June 16th or as space is available.  Morning and afternoon flights will be available.

The schedule for the day includes: 

7 am Registration 
8am Morning Flight 
11am Lunch Available 
1pm Afternoon Flight

Sponsorship opportunities includes:

$750 Eagles Level | tee sign, golf, cart, HMHD Duffel Bag, lunch for 4 players, and recognition as major sponsor
$500 Birdie Level | tee sign, golf, cart, HMHD Cooler Backpack and lunch for 4 players
$300 Par Level | tee sign, golf, cart, and lunch for 4 players
$75 per Player | golf, cart, and lunch
$150 Sponsorship | tee sign
