Hamilton Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce its annual Fall Wellness Fair, offering low-cost fasting lab draws to the community. This year’s event is open to the public with no doctor’s orders required.

The Wellness Fair will be held at the following locations and times:

• Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro:
  Monday – Thursday, September 22–25, 2025 from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Carmi Family Clinic:
  Monday, September 29, from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

This year’s format will be walk-in only. No appointments will be scheduled.

Participants are encouraged to complete the registration form prior to arrival. Forms can be found and downloaded at www.hmhospital.org.
