Hamilton Memorial Hospital will offer free sports physicals to all in-coming 2019-20 sophomore, junior, and senior students from Hamilton County on Thursday and Fridays the entire month of June. The sports physicals will be offered at McLeansboro Family Clinic located at 611 S Marshall Avenue in McLeansboro IL. 

During the sports physicals, student athletes will receive:

Sports Health Physical

• Complete physical work-up
• Vitals

Students will need to:

• Bring a photo ID
• If under 18, bring a parent  to sign consent forms
