The order form & payment need to be returned to Hamilton Memorial Hospital Attn: Elaine Miller, Marketing Manager by February 12th. Pick up will be on February 14th from 12:00pm-1:00pm in the HMHD Lobby or delivered to a Hamilton County School on February 14th!
