Hamilton Memorial Hospital recently received the 2015 EMS Education & Equipment Grant from the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) totaling $4,966.
That grant was used to purchase vital medical equipment and communication tools for the Hamilton County / Harre Ambulance Service and White County Ambulance Service.
“Local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in Hamilton and White counties are a very important part of our local team of health care professionals. We’re always happy to help them anytime we can by working to get grants that could assist them in updating their medical equipment,” said Patty Blazier, Hamilton Memorial Hospital Director of Nursing.
