Description:

Hamilton Memorial Hospital District has an immediate need for a Full Time Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT). At HMHD our mission is to enhance the delivery of healthcare to our community and the surrounding area by providing accessible quality healthcare services. HMHD utilizes the premier electronic medical record system EPIC with My Chart as an amenity for patients and staff.

MLT Responsibilities:

• Able to perform all procedures in Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Serology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Toxicology, Blood Bank, Specimen Collection, and Clerical section.
• Able to work in any assigned department when requested.
• Quality control documentation of corrective action and inventory recording system under supervision of a section chief or the laboratory director. Active participation in laboratory QC programs.
• Maintain work environment in compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards
